Bold Street is set to welcome another restaurant this month.
Vincent Asian Kitchen is Paul Adams' latest addition to his already extensive portfolio which includes The Vincent hotel in Southport and Vincent Cafe on Exchange Flags.
This new venture, however is something completely different for the Vincent brand.
Head of operations, Alan Richmond said: "The restaurant will be serving Asian bowl food, which will all be gluten, wheat and dairy free.
"We believe this is bang on trend and is becoming more and more what people want."
Vincent Asian Kitchen (VAK) is opening its doors to the public next Friday, April 14 at 11am.
Diners will be able to choose to take their meals away or sit inside the venue, which will be located next door to Elif.
They choose six layers of food from the counter which can include rice, meats, fish and sauces.
Alan added: "The team can't wait to get cooking and we are really excited about the opening.
"People have long associated gluten, wheat and dairy-free with being bland and boring, but we've really hard to prove this doesn't need to be the case.
"We hope VAK will cater to a wider demographic- the old and young, students, office workers. We hope it accessible to everyone."
