The healthy Vietnamese street food venue was started by Brit husband and wife team Stephen and Juliette Wall.
They opened their first little Pho in Clerkenwell in London after quitting their jobs, travelling around the world and being inspired by the incredible street food in Vietnam ?primarily the country鈥檚 national dish, pho.
Pho (the dish is pronounced FUH, the restaurant is pronounced FOH) is the Vietnamese national dish, an aromatic, nutritious and delicious rice noodle soup served with a side plate of fresh herbs to add as you please.
Now Stephen and Juliet have brought Pho to Liverpool.
As for the rest of the menu you鈥檒l find amazing sharing starters, spicy salads, wok-fried noodles, fragrant curries, Vietnamese beers, a fab wine list, fresh juices and cocktails made with our premium spirits ?like their signature Phojito or their twist on an espresso martini made with Vietnamese coffee and condensed milk.
The majority of the menu is certified gluten free by Coeliac UK plus loads of amazing options for vegans and veggies including decadent curries and crispy spring rolls.
Everything is made fresh in-house every day, Pho opens tomorrow Friday, March 24 at midday and to celebrate there will be 50% off food from opening through the weekend, until Monday. No need to book.
