A new Mexican restaurant is opening in Liverpool 's foodie hub Bold Street .

Pancho's Burritos will be serving up authentic Mexican street food including burritos, tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, enchiladas, nachos and chilli.

Inside customers will have the option of taking their order away or sitting in the rustic restaurant which features colourful sugar skulls designs on the walls.

The chain already has branches in Manchester and Leeds and the restaurant is the second Mexican to open on Bold Street, with El Mexicana opening earlier this year.

Pancho鈥檚 Burritos started on the streets of Mexico City in 2006 by Mexican chef Enrique Martinez. In 2009 Enrique decided to bring the taste of Mexico to England.

As in Mexico City, he started out in the UK selling his food on the streets and catering for parties and music festivals.

At one of these festivals he met German born Klaus Bohne who absolutely loved the concept and the food. One week later Enrique and Klaus went into partnership and Pancho鈥檚 Burritos UK was born.

Pancho's Burritos opens Thursday, March 30 and from 11.30am to 5pm , there will be free food and soft drinks on offer. After 5pm all food will be half price.
