FINCA is a covered, al fresco venue opening up in the grounds of Constellations in the Baltic Triangle later this month.
Fans of cubanos, croquettas and sweet potato fries will be tickled pink at the choices on offer and this longer stay in the city follows FINCA residencies at the Botanical Gin garden and The Merchant on Slater Street.
This new restaurant will be be covered, seat up to 40 diners at one time and also have access to Constellations鈥?outdoor areas and inner warehouse space.
Chef Oli Smith, also FINCA鈥檚 co-founder, said: 鈥淲e can鈥檛 wait to move into our newly built restaurant at Constellations.
鈥淭he outdoor space looks brilliant and completely suits our style of cooking.?/p>
FINCA will open five days a week, launching on Friday, April 21.
Serving times are noon to late, throughout the summer.
