With the weather heating up and the sun showing its face more and more it鈥檚 only right that we celebrate.

Many restaurants across the city are seeing spring in with brand new menus or dishes.

Here鈥檚 our round up of the best new dishes you need to know about in Liverpool.

Carpathia

Carpathia restaurant and champagne bar, at 30 James Street hotel, will be bringing a new menu full of light and fresh meals for spring this year.

The new menu includes spring greens, a variety of fish dishes and seasonal cuts and launches on Thursday, March 30.

On the menu, starters include roast wood pigeon, pea and tarragon tortilla and pan fried sea bream.

Mains include roasted lamb rump, pan fried corn fed chicken supreme and 8oz fillet steak.

Desserts include baked rhubarb and custard, mint and saffron panna cotta and white chocolate creme brulee.

Sugar Hut

Sugar Hut steak tacos

Sugar Hut has launched a new spring express menu for £9.95.

For those that are after a quick lunch, they can decide between flash steak, chicken Milanese with tomato linguine, garlic and chilli prawns, classic beef burger, chicken and avocado salad, mushroom risotto and mushroom and halloumi burger.

Each meal comes with a house wine, small draught beer or soft drink.

They are also launching a weekday special menu available from Monday to Friday, 12pm to 10pm at £14.95 for two courses or £17.95 for three.

There are plenty of options including chicken wings, flash steak with rocket and parmesan salad and caramelised banana and rum parfait.

Il Forno

Il Forno taster menu

This spring, Il Forno is claiming to have launched Liverpool鈥檚 most comprehensive Italian food and wine pairing menu.

The menu offers guests three courses for £30 or five courses for £50 and is paired with reds, white and sparkling wines.

The three course menu includes grilled octopus, rolled lamb joint and pork belly and sfrera di cioccolato.

The five course menu comes with all the above with cod served on a bed of chickpeas and Italian sausage and porcini mushroom garganelli pasta.

Ask Italian

ASK Italian鈥檚 signature Chocolate Etna dessert with a choice of salted caramel, vanilla, strawberry or pistachio gelato

Ask Italian in Queens Square is treating customers to some new dishes this spring.

The menu includes new pizzas, the Burrata with burrata, santos tomatoes and basil on a thick airy base, ham and scamorza cheese and spicy n sweet with spicy n鈥檇uja sausage, sweet smoked chilli jelly and creme fraiche.

There are also some new mains including breaded butterfly chicken breast served with roasted new potatoes or chips with broccoli in a creamy mushroom sauce or salmon and mixed grain salad.

Revolution

Mother Cluker at Revolution Albert Dock

Revolution is treating pizza fans this spring with a new menu that includes a pizza range.

Customers can choose between the hey pesto! pizza, pizza fresco, fifty fifty pizza and lamb baba pizza.

There is also a chicken freestyle wrap, chicken and pesto baked sandwich and chorizo and mozzarella baked sandwich.

They also have the Mother Clucker - which is sure to be a favourite with chicken lovers.

Reds True BBQ

Brisket and Burnt Ends Meat Tray at Red's True BBQ, Liverpool

Reds True BBQ has a new lunch express menu on Monday to Fridays, 12pm to 4pm, priced from £9.95.

The menu includes pulled duck tacos, beef rib tacos, tre tacos, turkey melt and the smoked chicken caesar or grilled halloumi salad.

They are also adding the choice to swap bottomless drinks for a pint or glass of wine.

With the Tres Tacos, customers can choose smoked pulled duck, devil-wing-hoisin sauce, texas caviar bean salad, jalapenos and ranch dressing on three soft tacos OR chopped beef rib, buffalo sauce, jalapenos, coriander and blue cheese on three soft tacos.

Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill

Diners at Marco Pierre White can now enjoy some brand new dishes as the restaurant unveils its brand new menu.

The new menu launches on Wednesday, April 5 and includes classic steak cuts such as fillet, rib-eye and Chateaubraid and the 32oz T-bone cut is a new sharing option.

There are also additions such as the barbeque smoked babyback ribs and a range of vegetarian dishes too.

For those with a sweet tooth the menu offers tiramisu, trio of desserts for two which includes a warm chocolate brownie, cheesecake and banana and caramel mess.

Our Kitchen

Even though it has only been open for a few weeks, Our Kitchen has introduced more dishes.

Owner, Tara Maguire said: "Many of our guests' favourite plates on the menu are also being requested as takeaway items so we are turning them into wraps too."

Customers can now get superfood salads with hummus as a wrap as well as the Heuvos Rancheros dish with prices from £4.25.

Our Kitchen is also enhancing its wine and beer menu to include an extensive organic vegan collection.

The new menu of Bastion includes dishes that are perfect comfort food with a fine dining feel.

Starters include baked goats cheese crottin de chavignol with onion jam, confit duck spring rolls, asparagus and ricotta tart and crispy tempura prawns with spiced cauliflower.

Mains include pan seared sea bass, slow braised ox cheek, corn fed chicken breast and more.

There is also a selection of grills and steaks.

The dessert menu includes apple panna cotta, vanilla creme brulee and chocolate and salted caramel fondant and much more.

It鈥檚 all about the liquid diet at TGI Fridays with their new range of mocktails and shakes.

But the shakes are far from ordinary, choccylicious includes lashing of chocolate sauce, oreo cookies, chocolate brownie piece and chocolate curls.

The new birthday cake shake is blended with hundreds and thousands and topped with whipped cream and birthday cake.

The berry blizzard includes strawberries, blackberries, whipped cream and meringue.

The Liverpool ONE restaurant is treating customers to some new sweet treats this spring.

They have introduced the chocolate layer cake, fig and coconut cheesecake and yuzu and lemon tart to the menu.

Those who like to wash them down with a beer are in luck too - as Wagamama is introducing its own new craft beers; Kansho and Kikku.

Zizzi

Zizzi restaurant

Italian restaurant Zizzi in Liverpool ONE want everyone to celebrate with the spring specials they have on offer.

The specials include melted mozzarella and pepper pesto crocchettes that are served with a cream red pesto dip.

New to the menu is also toscana soup, bruschetta, seabass verde, chianti shoulder of lamb and summer berry sundae.

The Titanic Hotel has stepped into spring with the launch of its new Sunday lunch menu.

On the menu they are using locally-sourced seasonal ingredients.

The menu includes, Aberdeen angus or Welsh bala black sirloin, accompanied by home-made Yorkshire puddings; plus roasted chicken breast with bread sauce.

Both are served with duck fat potatoes, cauliflower gratinm seasonal vegetables and 鈥榩roper鈥?gravy.

There鈥檚 also smoked haddock fritter starter and mussels and smoked salmon.
