Mario Balotelli celebrated his two-goal brace for Nice by sliding on his knees through airport security.

The former Liverpool striker, netted twice in Nice's 2-1 win over Lille, and continued his celebrations at the airport.

Airport staff saw the funny side as Super Mario skidded through passport control much to the amusement of team-mates who captured the moment on social media.

Nice were trailing in their Ligue 1 clash with Lille after 14 minutes before Balotelli exerted his influence equalising just three minutes later.

The 26-year-old then grabbed another before the break to put his side in control.

Balotelli's side are now one point off leaders Monaco but have played two extra games.

This season Balotelli's box office stats speak for themselves - he's played 24 games scored15 goals while receiving nine yellow cards and three red cards.

Balotelli scored just four goals in 28 appearances for the Reds in 2014/15 before being packed off to Milan on loan last season.

He endured another underwhelming campaign ?netting just three goals in 23 outings.
