鈥楺ueen of Aintree鈥?Coleen has become a staple at the races and often visits for all three days, but in a rare move for the mum-of-three, she鈥檚 not expected to show up for this year鈥檚 festival.
Sources close to the star say she鈥檚 planning on hanging up her heels for 2017 and won鈥檛 be making an appearance - so we鈥檝e taken a look back at her reign as 鈥淨ueen Coleen.?/p>
One of Coleen鈥檚 first high profile appearance was way back in 2006 - when she was known by her maiden name, Coleen McLoughlin.
In pictures retrieved from the ECHO鈥檚 archives, the baby-faced fashion lover can be seen showing off some serious bling in the form of her engagement ring during an outing to Aintree Racecourse.
Pairing a white chiffon top with a layered skirt, Coleen took part in the style competition, where she was acting as one of the judges alongside Andrew Collinge.
Coleen made a number appearances during the 2007 Grand National Festival, where she stunned the crowds with a series of outfit changes.
One of her outfits was a burnt orange dress - bought from WAG favourite Cricket - which she paired with an Alice Temperley belt and accesoriesd with a Chloe charm necklace and a clutch bag by Nook and Willow.
On Ladies Day she pushed the boundaries with a smart Alexandra McQueen fitted trouser suit with a 70s style floppy hat.
She presented the winner of the Style Competition with their prize - who turned out to be an old school friend.
Reports from the time say she joked with the crowd: 鈥淩emember, I wasn鈥檛 one of the judges!?as she handed over the award to Stephen Wang, who went to De La Salle school with Wayne.
It was the year she became Mrs Rooney - but not before partying with pals at Aintree.
In a year dominated by maxi dresses, hot pinks and fascinators, showed off her enviable frame in a skintight blue and yellow Balenciaga dress, which she paired with Christian Louboutin bag and shoes.
Once again, she took part in the famous Ladies鈥?Day style competition, which she presented alongside one of the judges, Sheree Murphy.
While not one of the judges herself, Coleen took on the job of presenting the prize - a Citroen car and a 10-day carribean holiday.
Speaking to the ECHO at the time, she said: 鈥淚 love coming here, everyone makes such an effort.?/p>
In her first Grand National Festival as a married woman, Coleen鈥檚 stand-out outfit was tight-fitting dress in her signature hot pink - which she paired with a black floral headband.
But what caught the press attention more than what she was wearing was speculation she was pregnant, although she had not yet confirmed it publicly.
Her bright pink dress was teamed with a thick black belt with floral detail - which some thought may have been in place to hide her growing baby bump.
Of course, the rumours in this case all turned out to be true, as around seven months later, on November 2 2009, she gave birth to baby Kai.
Coleen raised the fashion stakes at the 2010 Grand National Festival - but she also brought the cute factor, too.
Newly-born Kai made his first of many visits to Aintree, at just five-months old.
She wore an understated peach vintage style dress, with Christian Louboutin heels.
Despite being a new mum, Coleen - who was 24 at the time - still found time to help present the style awards.
She bestowed winner Sophie Fairclough, a journalism student at Liverpool John Moores with her huge priz of a brand new car, a 10-day holiday to Barbados and a photoshoot at a London studio.
Continuing with the toned-down theme, Coleen wore a pale pink Azzedine Alaia knee-length dress for 2011.
She finished off the outfit with Christian Louboutin nude peep-toe shoes and a sequined Halston Heritage clutch bag from Cricket.
She also sported a simple sleeveless dress with a wildflower motif.
In 2012 Coleen visited Aintree for all three days of the Grand National festival, and despite being only two years old, Kai had already become a regular, too.
On day one she wore her signature hot pink style - but it was her Ladies Day outfit which really stole the show.
She paired a black and white fullcircle skirt dress designed by Liverpool designer Philip Armstrong with a pair of teetering Christian Louboutin heels.
Philip Armstrong, who, with his partner, Tony Burke, dressed WAGS including Coleen, Danielle Lloyd and Charlie Adam鈥檚 girlfriend, Sophie-Leigh Anderson, said: 鈥淐oleen is a massive supporter of our brand and she chose a fullcircle skirt dress made out of aertex fabric from our spring and summer 2012 collection.
鈥淪he is a dream to dress and she has her own sense of style. To work with someone like that is very exciting.
鈥淭his season we are seeing a lot of colour, lots of pink and lots of interesting fabrics, which is something we have incorporated into our collection.?/p>
Despite Aintree usually being a riot of colour, with bright maxi dresses and floral prints galore - 2013鈥檚 trend set an altogether more sombre tone - with black being all the rage.
And heavily pregnant Coleen didn鈥檛 buck every trend- as she wore a black dress with lace panels designed by Philip Armstrong.
However, in order to stick to her usually colourful style she gave the outfit a pop of colour with a pair of red heels and a clutch bag - as well as a bold red lip.
For the first time in ten years she didn鈥檛 show up at Ladies Day, but she certainly made up for it with her fashion-forward choices for Grand National day.
And, as usual, Kai didn鈥檛 miss out on the action after he was spotted in the stalls wearing a pastel blue suit with adorable striped trousers - he looked every inch the mini-celeb behind a pair of dark black sunglasses.
After wearing black the year before, the 鈥楺ueen of Aintree鈥?switched it up with a striking nude dress for Grand National day 2017.
On the opening day of the festival she was all smiles as she was spotted partying with pals - who were at the races to celebrate her birthday.
Having missed Ladies Day for only the second time in a decade, Coleen took to Twitter to announce she had decided to go on the Thursday and Saturday, instead.
Bookies Ladbrookes had been so convinced she would be there they even offered odds on which colour she would wear - with purple at 1/4.
However she more than made up for her absence with her striking outfit choices.
Most notable was her choice for Grand National Day - a simple nude dress with stand-out leather and lace detailing.
It was also the year Klay made his debut. An ECHO report from the day syas he was spotted 鈥減ointing and smiling鈥?at the crowds - with big brother Kai sporting a jacket and bow tie.
For the first time in 11 years, Coleen decided not to visit her 鈥榬oyal kingdom鈥?of Aintree, and instead went on holiday to Dubai.
Taking to Twitter she said she鈥檇 had an 鈥渁mazing experience鈥?
Croxteth-born Coleen tweeted: 鈥淎n amazing experience. Thanks @ BukhashBrothers @ skydivedubai #mydubai鈥?as she smiled up to the camera mid-skydive.
The 29-year-old also posted a picture of hers and footballer husband Wayne Rooney鈥檚 two sons Kai and Klay onto her Facebook page.
Coleen said: 鈥淭hese two cool dudes having fun on their Easter holidays鈥?as her two sons aged five and 18 months posed in their swimsuits and RayBan sunglasses.
After missing out on 2015 - Queen Coleen was back in royal style with two stunning outfits from her favourite Liverpool designer.
On the opening day of the Grand National, she wore a custom coral cape designed by Philip Armstrong.
However it was her Grand National Day choice which really stole the show.
Having not long given birth to third son Kit, Coleen showed off her enviable post-baby frame in a tight fitting black lace dress.
Both dresses came from the designers Atelier which costs upwards of £1,600.
She wore her hair in an elegant ponytail, pairing it with a simple clutch and heels.
Will Coleen make a royal appearance at Grand National 2017?
